The Directors
Kingsley Hughes B.A. Hons, B.Arch (Nottm) R.I.B.A.
Kingsley has 20 years of experience of working on some of the leading high-density planning studies and both large-scale and one-off developments of recent years. He has worked with some of the world's leading architects, including Arquitectonica, Cesar Pelli, Kohn Pedersen Fox, and Skidmore Owings and Merrill. This experience means he has an understanding of the needs of clients and of other stakeholders, and of the way in which to approach high density schemes in a sensitive manner, enhancing their chances of success in gaining planning approval. He also was the Managing Director of Designscape International Limited (Hong Kong) from 1993 to 2008. In recent years, Kingsley was a senior design architect at one of the south-east's leading architectural practices, working on large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes. Kingsley was the designer of the Daily Mail Housing of the Year 2007, the London Evening Standard House of the Year 2007 and the London Evening Standard Apartments of the Year 2005, and was Highly Commended in the 2008 Ashford Excellence Awards. Kingsley is currently working on our numerous projects in London and throughout Kent. He also is the Urban Design Advisor to the London Borough of Greenwich, a position held for over four years.

Alexandra Taylor-Hughes B.A. Hons
Alexandra is a director of Designscape Consultancy and also was a director of Designscape International. Alexandra also was the Managing Director of Kent Home Finders Limited, a property finding consultancy, and she is therefore keenly attuned to the property market and the needs of clients and end-users.
