The Littlestone development consists of 10no. new houses in Littlestone, Kent. We were appointed to carry out the design, planning, production information (working drawings) and building regulations for the final phase of 14 houses, which were completed in 2016.

This development features very high quality houses, being 6no. detached dwellings and 4no. semi-detached dwellings.  One of the main design considerations was the creation of a 2 and a half storey detached dwellings with glazing to the sea and countryside behind. This has been achieved, and the development is well worth a visit.
