We work closely with homeowners, developers, and committees on a range of scales from large extensions to 1-97 new-build homes, producing high-quality work, floor plans, drawings and 3D views. Our friendly and knowledgeable team consistently offers a personal yet highly professional service.

Meet the Team

Director

Kingsley Hughes is a director of Designscape Consultancy Ltd. He has over 30 years of experience, working on some of the leading development projects and planning studies over this time. He was the Managing Director of Designscape International Limited (Hong Kong) from 1993 to 2008. During this time he worked with some of the world’s leading architects, including Arquitectonica, Kohn Pederson Fox, Terry Farrell Partners, and Skidmore Owings and Merrill.

Kingsley has won many architectural awards, and was also a Design Architect at one of the south-east’s leading architectural practices, working on large scale residential and mixed-use schemes. He was the Urban Design Advisor to the Royal Borough of Greenwich, a position he held until 2016. He loves to network and speak at various events, and share his wealth of knowledge including planning and architectural design.

Office Manager

Kelly plays a crucial role in supporting Kingsley and the overall operations of our practice. Her primary responsibility is to ensure that the practice's administrative and accounting tasks are handled efficiently, allowing Kingsley to focus on his core responsibilities of designing.

In Kelly’s spare time she loves playing roller derby, going to the gym and going on regular hikes with her partner and her dogs.
