This project is for a new eco house in Shottenden. This project will be to Para 55 standard. The house features a large kitchen, dining, living space, with bi-folds onto a level threshold deck. The project will feature a range of sustainable features, including shading louvres, a green roof, and appropriately sized thermal glazing, to promote natural light and reduce energy consumption.

 

This single storey house, will blend into the surrounding landscape, further disguised by the green roof.
