The proposal has gone through a thorough design process to integrate sustainable measures, with minimal impact to the environment, whilst futureproofing the property.

 

The design features a fabric-first approach, including southern overhangs and construction. The choice of materials includes those with the lowest embodied energy, including timber and a green wall.

The proposal features vast ecology and landscape enhancements, including new woodland which will be planted and protected in perpetuity, ecology enhancement features, and a green wall to the front elevation, along the street scene.
